What Makes the TRP Different?
Outcomes That Matter

The Teacher Readiness Program combines the flexibility of a fast, online licensure pathway with the rigor of practice-based teacher development. Unlike traditional EPPs that often emphasize theory and compliance-based coursework, the TRP is designed to help educators meaningfully improve their instructional practice through hands-on learning aligned to the mindsets, skills, and expectations of high-performing schools.
